But who were they? What was the Camorra? What was the reality of the Neapolitan criminal world?
Beginning with a historical introduction, a reconstruction of stories taken from life and an investigation of the present, this short film seeks to answer these questions and to find out if modern forms of the Camorra, as exemplified in Francesco Rosi’s film La sfida, still exist today or if they are in extinction. The habits, prejudices and human instincts in an un-romanticized Naples.
