On an old bus several young women leave for work at sunrise: they are teachers who work in the schools of towns in the mountainside. Their life is not easy and yet it is full of enthusiasm. We watch the teachers at work surrounded by their students, the teaching methods, the drawings and poetry of the children, an entire world that often seems far away from us.
